The Spring Challenge (Cycling)

This week's theme is The Spring Challenge (Cycling). As we are still in our Spring Challenge, the next outdoorsy activity we're 'training' for is Cycling. Movement will be inspired by cycling and designed to support you as you bike. Lots of quadriceps strength and knee stability as well as hamstring and gluteal activation to keep the body balanced. As always, there will be loooots of core strength as well!!

Even if you're not a big biker, this week will be fun and informative!!!

Class Formats

 Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.

Restorative Stretch

Restorative Stretch is the perfect class to start out your Monday. This slow and stretchy class allows you to treat your body with kindness and rest. Each class ends with a 10-minute guided meditation to ground you as you start your week.
