KDH SUMMER BREAK REMINDER

KDH will be taking its Summer Break (from Live Classes & Private Sessions) starting Wednesday, August 13th through Wednesday, September 3rd.  Private Sessions and Live Classes will resume September 4th (new schedule).

9 brand new OnDemand classes will be uploaded for you to enjoy while I’m out of town, can’t wait to see you on the mat in September!!

We have one (1) live class this week, on Monday! The theme for the week is One More For The Road. Just a nice, flowy, spicy class to set you up for the few weeks we won't be hanging on the mat "in person". Bring your weights & I'll see you there!

Class Formats

Strength Flow

Strength Flow is KDH’s signature format. It takes you through a pilates & barre-inspired flow that focuses on muscle endurance to strengthen. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to send your body some spicy, flowy love anytime, anywhere. Most classes are bodyweight only but feel free to add weight if your body is calling for it!

Strength Flow: Elevated

Strength Flow: Elevated takes our favorite grounding and low-impact energy from Strength Flow and adds a little more spice. Agility and endurance-focused, Strength Flow: Elevated aims to elevate your heart rate in a dynamic way.

Restorative Stretch

Restorative Stretch is the perfect class to start out your week. This slow and stretchy class is designed to calm your nervous system, stretch your muscles, and recover from more intense movement (or life). It’s a reminder that rest is just as important as movement to get stronger.
