What to expect with this program

There are two options right now - the Beginner Consistency Reset and the Intermediate Consistency Reset. These programs are strength training based programs that are PDF format with video add-ons that explain each exercise. You will also get access to the entire KDH studio for 8 weeks. For the strength workouts, you will need access to dumbbells.

The Beginner Consistency Reset includes:

  • 3 beginner friendly workouts a week

  • (1 cardio workout, 2 strength training workouts)

  • ~30-minute workouts

  • Access to KDH

  • Bonus suggested Restorative Stretch classes

  • Questions about exercises: check out the OnDemand library category “strength exercises”

The Intermediate Consistency Reset includes:

  • 4 intermediate friendly workouts a week

  • (1 cardio workout, 3 strength training workouts)

Pregnant?? Kaia is currently pregnant and more than willing to incorporate pregnancy friendly workouts for you as needed! She is working on becoming Pre/Post-natal certified in the future.

More about Kaia

Kaia is a certified personal trainer with a Masters in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology who is passionate about making women feel more at home in their bodies. A note from Kaia:

“I love movement and I love helping women feel more confident in their own bodies. I struggled with disordered eating and body dysmorphia myself and it truly took up a majority of my brain space for years. Everybody heals from their own experiences in different ways, so I say that to say that if you’re struggling with it now, I see you.

My approach to fitness is about working with YOU - the body you’re in now, respecting it, and going from there. Movement should be for you, not anyone else. Which is why my tagline is live for you, move for you.
