The Holiday Season can be very overwhelming. Between hyper-focusing on our body and food consumption, spending money on gifts, taking time off, seeing family (maybe splitting time between families), and finding time for yourself to actually be able to do it all - we end up exhausted by January.
This Holiday season, take time for yourself with KDH. Join the Holiday Mini Reset from December 13 through December 17.
For one week, we'll be focusing on movement and mindfulness with Daily Strength Flow, Restorative Stretch or HIIT workouts*, daily journal prompts, guided meditations, and community calls!
This week will be time for you to give yourself grace and space to get through the holidays. When you give yourself grace and space, you begin to enjoy your time more - easing some of the anxieties you had before. It becomes easier to show up and give others grace and space, as well. The 45 minutes of daily movement and mindfulness is that space for you.
My wonderful Mindset Coach, Meghan, will be joining us for an evening of mindset coaching, and every night during the week, we will have a community call or guided meditation for us to come together and find grounding.
