One on One  Coaching with KDH

1:1 Coaching with Kaia will help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in your workout routine. 

Kaia is a certified personal trainer with a Masters in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology who is passionate about making women feel more at home in their bodies. A note from Kaia:

“I love movement and I love helping women feel more confident in their own bodies. I struggled with disordered eating and body dysmorphia myself and it truly took up a majority of my brain space for years. Everybody heals from their own experiences in different ways, so I say that to say that if you’re struggling with it now, I see you. My approach to fitness is about working with YOU - the body you’re in now, respecting it, and going from there. Movement should be for you, not anyone else. Which is why my tag line is live for you, move for you. This program is 8 weeks, includes access to KDH as well as personalized strength training workouts in the gym (or your at-home gym) and cardio suggestions, if you’d like. This is all virtual. We will meet once as a consultation to see if we’re a good fit to work together, and then, if we are, we’ll meet every other week on zoom, with weekly text check-ins to see how you’re doing.
